you definitely got burned from the tanning bed.
when i start out tanning for the first time after not tanning for a while, i usually start out with like 5 minutes and work my way up to the full time. and be carefull of what kind of lotion you use. so just wait until you’re not red anymore, and then go for a shorter amount of time instead to get a base tan and then work your way up. increase like 2 or 3 minutes every time you go tanning.

If you are using a tanning bed, you should look into tanning bed safety.

cause you burnt your self, which is really bad. you need to build your tan and next time try going on a lower bed or go for less minutes. redness of the skin contributes to cancer/

you got burned…. word of advice stay out of the tanning bed. I have friends who have skin cancer that just had to be tan and in the and go to the salon. Major mistake.

You’re red because a tanning bed is different than laying out in the sun. The exposure you get in five minutes from a bed is like hours out in the sun.

I don’t know how red you are… but maybe a few days, then it will turn brown.
