well when u start u shouldnt do anything more than 5 or 6
and everytime u should increase ur time by a minute or two
if u get burned u should decrease ur time by a minute or if its really bad skip a day or two
Start off at 10 mins. every two days, then upgrade to 15 mins. to get that golden goddess look. After you get the color you want, just ease of a bit and only go once a week just to keep it up. Try not to go for too long because then you pass tan and go into way burnt.
ask the person at the desk. they will be able to tell u the exact number to start with because its different depending on how light you are. probably about 7 minutes at first though
I started at 12 minutes in a very intense bed. Bad idea, I’m still burnt from that. Honestly, it’s best to talk to the person at the front, and have them suggest a bed/time/cream to suit your skin type. I’m pale and I used a bronzer, and went into the second strongest bed out of 6 different types- stupid on my part. But the ***** at the front was as smart as a toe nail. Must of had her brain burnt out by the beds.
Anyways, I’d say start at 8-10 minutes. Go to 3-4 sessions, keep the same time though. Make sure the sessions are a few days apart, so your skin can have the UV rays sink in completely.
I would say about 10 minutes, but if it’s your first time try 8 minutes first. To maximize results use a tanning lotion. I use Australian Gold Swedish Beauty Chocolate Diamond Tanning Lotion.

You’ll look good, I’m sure.
