I could just tell you all of the bad things about sun beds but you probably already know that!! so try using after sun etc (if it is painful then put the after sun in a fridge first to cool it down) try talking to your sunbed specialist before You use your next sunbed as they may be able to help you on deciding the right level of the sunbed
Good Luck
