well, its never really “ok” because they cause cancer and wrinkled skin but you should wait and ask your Dr at your next visit in 4 wks. you can try the spray tanning booths or tanning cream. Pale skin is beautiful, too though
depends on if you are nursing or bottle feeding but nursing, you wouldn’t want the spray tan chemicals in your baby’s mouth. If you had a C section, you should wait to see your doc but if it was a natural birth, you are safe to tan, just don’t burn, even in the tanning bed, you can wear sunscreen and you will tan but you won’t burn. Slow progressive tanning is best for you. Get outside and get some real sun if you can because it’s good for you in moderation if you are UV protected.
